Air Fryer Chicken Wings with Truffle Parmesan Potato Chips
If you’re not dousing your chicken wings in Divine Chicken Rub, you’re missing out!
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp @olgasfinefoods Divine Chicken seasoning (available online)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp @its.olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 white potatoes, cut into chips
- 2 sweet potatoes, cut into chips
- 1 tbsp truff.au truffle infused olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of truff.au truffle infused salt
- @bippi.foods Italian Style Sriracha, for dipping
Method:
- Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes to help them become crispy. Drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. In a clean bowl, combine the drained and dried potatoes with truffle oil, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of truffle infused salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Once cooked, transfer the chips to a plate and set aside for later.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, season them with @olgasfinefoods Divine Chicken Rub, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat well. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, working in batches if necessary. Ensure they are cooked through and crispy.
- To serve, grate parmesan over the potato chips alongside the chicken wings. Enjoy with Bippi’s Italian Style Sriracha for dipping.
