Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients:

1 pack Olga’s Fine Foods Chicken Parmigiana Schnitzel

150g shredded cheese
500ml pasta sauce -
½ cup olive oil, for frying

Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Method:
- Preheat the oven grill to 220°C.
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken schnitzels for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a lined baking tray.
- Spoon a generous layer of pasta sauce over each schnitzel, then top evenly with shredded cheese.
- Place under the hot grill for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden. Scatter with fresh basil and serve
