Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Olga’s Fine Foods Chicken Parmigiana Schnitzel
  • 150g shredded cheese
    500ml pasta sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil, for frying
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven grill to 220°C.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken schnitzels for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a lined baking tray.
  3. Spoon a generous layer of pasta sauce over each schnitzel, then top evenly with shredded cheese.
  4. Place under the hot grill for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden. Scatter with fresh basil and serve
