Chicken Schnitzel Caesar Salad Bagel
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Olga’s Fine Foods Chicken Schnitzels
- 4 fresh bagels, toasted
- 2 baby cos lettuce
- 1/3 cup parmesan, freshly grated
- Olive oil
Caesar Dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Cracked black pepper
Method:
- Heat a generous drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the schnitzels for 3-4 minutes each side, or until golden, crisp and cooked through.
- Whisk together all Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Toast the bagels, then spread the dressing over the dressing.
- Layer with lettuce, schnitzel and grated parmesan, then top with the bagel lid
