BEEF CHEVAPCHICHI SAUSAGE ROLLS
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Olgas Fine Foods Beef Chevapchichi
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- Lay the thawed puff pastry sheets on a clean surface
- Cut each sheet in half, then place two Olgas Fine Foods beef chevapchichis along one side of each pastry piece and roll to enclose. Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled pastry into smaller pieces.
- Brush the tops of the sausage rolls with the whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool for a few minutes before serving with your preferred dipping sauce.
