Schnitzel Burger with Crunchy Chips
Serves: 4

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
500g or 4 pieces Olga’s Fine Foods beef or chicken schnitzels
4 tbsp olive oil
4 slices cheese
150g frozen French fries
4 large bread rolls
dill pickles, sliced
mustard sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the oven fries onto the baking tray and cook as per oven instructions.
- Heat a large frying pan, add olive oil and cook the beef schnitzel for 4-5 minutes each side or till golden.
- Turn off heat and while the pan is still hot place a slice of cheese on top of each schnitzel, allow to melt a little.
- Cut rolls in half and heat in oven till toasty.
- Assemble burgers with the schnitzel placed on the roll, topped with slices of pickle and then French fries, add a generous drizzle of mustard sauce.
- Put the bun top in place and secure with a bamboo skewer.
