Lauren’s ‘famous’ sausage rolls
Lay out a sheet of puff pastry, and spread out a layer of caramelised onion. Top with a line of Olga’s Fine Foods Beef Chevapchichis and roll them in the pastry. Cut sausage roll into pieces, then brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Cook on 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
