Simple Sausage Roll

Ingredients
3 sheets butter puff pastry
500g Olga’s Fine Foods Chevapchichi
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup sesame seeds, black or white
Spicy tomato relish for serving
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Cut the pastry sheets in half and lay the chevapchichi’s along the centre of the pastry.
- Lightly brush one edge with beaten egg.
- Roll up to enclose filling, then brush the top of the roll with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut each roll into 6 pieces.
- Place on trays, seam side down. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm with spicy fruit chutney.
